Extreme Components is pleased to introduce the latest additions to its already extensive range of racing accessories dedicated to the queen of Yamaha's Supersport lineup, the Yamaha YZF-R9 2025–2026.

These new components are manufactured from Twill Carbon Fiber and include:

• Frame Protection Kit;
• Swingarm Protection Kit;
• Front Fender;
• Rear Fender.

As always, our components deliver an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio, thanks to the use of high-quality materials, advanced manufacturing technologies, and the extensive experience gained from developing and producing components for the top teams competing in the Motorcycle World Championships.

All our carbon fiber components are manufactured in an autoclave using vacuum-bagged pre-preg Twill Carbon Fiber, with pressures ranging from 5 to 8 bar and temperatures between 60 °C and 90 °C, depending on the specific characteristics of each component.

The layup process is carried out entirely by hand, paying particular attention to fiber orientation and positioning to achieve the best possible results in terms of both aesthetics and functionality.

An additional layer of carbon-Kevlar is applied to the areas most exposed to contact with the asphalt, specifically designed to increase abrasion resistance and provide enhanced protection for the frame and swingarm in the event of a slide.

All components are available with a glossy finish or, upon request and at an additional cost, with a matte finish.

Our distinctive Twill weave has always been one of the defining features of Extreme Components, giving our products an exclusive appearance that reflects the same high-quality standards as the components we manufacture for teams competing in the Motorcycle World Championships.

But the exciting news for the Yamaha R9 doesn't end here.

We will soon introduce further additions to our product range, including new complete racing fairing kits manufactured from Carbon Fiber and Black Fiber, featuring a dedicated fuel tank cover. These new versions will complete the Epotex fairing kit already available in our catalog.
