Epotex fairings for the new Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory 2021/2023.
Our Epotex fairings, our entry level fairings, are considered the best choice in terms of value for money ratio. Even if Epotex is our sole fiber that follow a production non in autoclave, thanks the use of a special epoxy resin developed on our specs we are able to obtain parts much lighter and more flexible if compared to our competitors.
The surface is black as always due to the particular gelcoat we use on it and the finishing is better than in the past because of the use of new polish and new solutions on the molds. The finishing is great even if parts are not supplied painted.
The set is made up by: - Front upper race fairing - Race fairing side panels (left + right), with winglets - Lower race fairing, - Race rear tail with separate seat.
The fairings are not pre drilled but the are marks on every single part to understand where to do it.
To complete the fairings we produce also the Epotex tank cover with original shape, to completely protect the bike and the front mudguard in Epotex as well.
Technical aspects of EPOTEX Fairings / Bodyworks and Parts: • 30% lighter than standard fiberglass fairings and parts • Laminated with Epoxy resin (developed to our specs) • The external side is made up by black gelcoat • Additional unidirectional carbon reinforcements on all the mounting points for greater durability and ease installation • The most flexible and elastic fairings available in the market of fairings not in autoclave produced • Parts are not painted • Not pre-drilled and not supplied of fasteners • Mounting points are indicated on the single parts.
