Extreme Components is pleased to present the new Carbon Fiber and Black Fiber fairing for the Ducati Panigale V4 R 2026, manufactured using pre-impregnated (twill weave) fabrics laminated in an autoclave at 6 BAR pressure and 80°C temperature, ensuring maximum lightness and strength at the same time.

The finish is glossy straight out of the mold and so perfect that it can be directly stickered.

Our top-of-the-range fairings are supplied pre-drilled thanks to the insertion of calibrated bushings directly into the molds. This eliminates any possibility of error during installation, guaranteeing perfect alignment between the various sections, with no margin for mistakes.

The lower fairings and side panels feature a special design that allows direct installation of the corner side pods, ensuring they do not interfere in any way with fairing removal operations and preventing any obstruction.

The fairing kit includes:
- Front upper fairing;
- Side panels (left + right);
- Lower race fairing, closed to fit any type of exhaust system (always ensuring oil containment);
- Corner side pods (left + right);
- Tail section (in three pieces to guarantee perfect installation);
- Airbox inlet tube.

The fairing must be installed with our airbox inlet tube, specifically designed for this model, or with our tachometer pupport with inlet tube (front fairing stay with inlet tube), manufactured as a monolithic structure that also provides full dashboard protection with dedicated protective plexiglass. Both products mentioned above are available in Twill Carbon Fiber or Black Fiber.

Technical Specifications of Carbon Fiber Fairings and Parts:
• The lightest and most durable on the market, thanks to experience gained in Moto3, Moto2, and MotoGP;
• Laminated using 200gr Twill Carbon Fiber pre-preg;
• Processed in autoclave at 80°C and 6 BAR pressure, with vacuum technique;
• Reinforced with unidirectional carbon fiber at mounting points for easy installation and improved durability;
• Thanks to the use of high temperatures and vacuum processing, the fairings are extremely strong, refined, and glossy;
• Pre-drilled and not supplied with quick-release fasteners;
• Ready to install, no modifications required.

Always attentive to the most technologically advanced materials, and thanks to direct collaboration with the best pre-preg fiber manufacturers, in addition to the Carbon Twill version, the same fairing is also available in Black Fiber. This is a special pre-impregnated fiber processed like carbon (in autoclave), offering similar performance in terms of lightness and strength, but at a lower price.

This version is particularly suitable for championships and categories where the use of carbon fiber is prohibited.

Significantly superior to aviofiber (which is processed cold and not in an autoclave), our Black Fiber is positioned, in terms of price and quality, between our Epotex (similar to but better than avio) and Twill Carbon fiber.

From now available upon order.
