Extreme Components is proud to introduce the new Twill Carbon Fiber Front Fender, developed for the Yamaha YZF-R9 2025–2026.
The fender replicates the shape of the original component while offering a more aggressive racing appearance, thanks to the premium carbon fiber and distinctive Twill weave we use.
Manufactured from premium-quality carbon fiber, our rear fender stands out for its impeccable glossy finish, lightweight construction, and precise fitment with the original mounting points. Installation is carried out using the OEM bolts, without the need for additional brackets, supports, or modifications.
All our carbon fiber components are manufactured in an autoclave using pre-impregnated (pre-preg) Twill Carbon Fiber, with pressures ranging from 5 to 8 bar and temperatures between 60 °C and 90 °C, depending on the specific characteristics of each component.
We use the same advanced manufacturing technologies and premium raw materials employed in the production of components for teams competing in the Motorcycle World Championships, ensuring the highest standards of quality, strength, and aesthetic finish.
The rear fender is available with a glossy finish or, upon request and at an additional cost, with a matte finish.
