New engine protections kit for the new Honda CBR1000 RR-R/SP 2020/2022.
The kit is part of the new line of components totally in house produced using the best technologies and raw materials currently available on the market, our +10 years of experience in the World Championships and our partnership with the best Teams worldwide such as Red Bull KTM Ajo, Estrella Galicia Monlau Competicion, Leopard Racing, Pons Racing and many other.
The kit is totally machined from solid using 3D technology. All the parts present machining lines of 0,8mm that guarantee a good looking and respect the high quality raw materials and newest CNC machines used to produce our components.
Thanks to the new integrated sliders located in the zones where the protections touch the ground in case of crash and and the particular shape (spherical flat) of the pick up protection, our kit is one of the best in the market in terms of protection. These two elements minimize the risks of serious damages on the bike also in the tracks with high track curbs.
The kit is made up by: • Clutch protection • Alternator protection • Pick-up protection
All the mounting bolts (at least 3 per piece) are inserted inside a small counterbore to guarantee the hit dissipation in case of crash and the easy disassembly and replacements of the damaged part.
INFORMATIONS AND TECHNICAL ASPECTS: • machined from solid • the use of top quality aluminium alloys guarantee lightweight maintaining a high level of protection; • 3D machined with 0,8mm working lines that augment the details; • the new hard anodization system makes the parts glossy and shiny and guarantee a better durability; • integrated sliders (new design) to protect the engine carters in case of crash.
