Extreme Components is pleased to introduce the new oil and water radiators mounting bracket with proctection frame kit, specifically developed for the Ducati Panigale V4 / V4S / V4R 2025–2026.

This innovative system has been designed to perform a dual function: providing secure mounting for the original radiators while offering full perimeter protection for both radiators in the event of a crash, protecting them along their entire outer edges.

In addition to its protective function, this system allows the installation of any racing fairing, eliminating clearance and interference issues associated with the original radiator supports.

The system features an innovative hybrid construction, combining high-performance composite materials with precision-engineered metal components.

The main body consists of a load-bearing Twill carbon fiber structure, manufactured using autoclave technology. The upper section is secured to the motorcycle frame through dedicated stainless steel brackets, bonded to the composite structure using a special structural glue.

The upper mounting system retains the original rubber vibration dampers, designed to absorb vibrations transmitted to the structure and radiators.

In the lower section, the load-bearing composite structure, to which both radiators are secured through specially designed inserts, is connected to the oil filter cover, located at the bottom of the engine, through three separate mounting points.

This connection is achieved using Ergal 7075-T6 aluminum alloy bushings, designed to ensure precise and secure fastening. These bushings are integrated into an additional carbon fiber bracket, whose front section, facing the radiators, is secured by reusing the original rubber vibration damper.

To complete the system, the kit also includes two dedicated stainless steel brackets: one for mounting the electronic components and the other for securing the coolant expansion tank.

Both brackets have been specifically designed to integrate perfectly with our radiator support and protection system, ensuring plug-and-play installation without requiring any modifications.

The result is a highly technical and functional system that combines lightweight construction, strength, manufacturing precision, and protection, meeting the demanding requirements of racing applications.
