EXTREME COMPONENTS FOR DUCATI PANIGALE V4/S 2025

DUCATI PANIGALE V4 S 2025 news
Extreme Components is proud to present the first of a rich series of products for Ducati Panigale V4/S 2025.

In this first period we have been focused on Twill Carbon Fiber parts like frame and swingarm covers, tank sliders, front and rear fenders.

As always our parts guarantee the best lightness and resistance thanks to the technologies we use in the production and thanks to our gained experience in the creation of components for the best team of the World Championship.

Our carbon fiber parts are produced through autoclave process, with vacuum technology, using pre-preg carbon fiber (Twill weave) and pressure that can vary from 5 to 8 BAR and temperatures from 60° to 90° according to the product that must be produced.

The lamination is by hand with the aim of carefully choosing the fiber direction and to reach the best result on aesthetic-functional term. In the zones that are more exposed in case of crash we add some carbon kevlar layers to reinforce even more the parts and guarantee even an higher protection of the frame.

The finishing is gloss (or matt on request with a price surcharge). The weave of the carbon is as always Twill, a type of fiber that we use from our day one and that make the parts even more special.

Soon we will present even more product that will extend the rance of parts, in carbon fiber (as race fairings, winglets set, etc.) and billet aluminium as well ( engine case covers, adjustable rear sets, adjustable clip ons and more).

Keep following us to be always up to date.
