NEW SUPERLEGGERA WINGLETS FOR DUCATI PANIGALE V4/S/R 2019/2021

Extreme Components is proud to present the Ducati Superleggera winglets, exclusive model of the factory of Borgo Panigale realized in only 500 exemplars as maximum expression of technological progress.
Considering our continue research to produce the best motorcycle parts with no compromise on quality, we decided to produce this aerodynamic appendages with an extremely difficult and complex realization to fit on all Ducati Panigale V4/S/R models 2019/2021.
To guarantee this high range of fitting we realized an internal reinforcement in twill carbon fiber with multiple lamination and different grammatures layers to modify the structural resistance of the side panels of every fairings (OEM and after market fairings). This reinforcement works also as template to avoid the incorrect positioning od the lower winglets.
The application of this winglets set permits an unparalleled improvement of the aerodynamic and stability performances and in addition transform the bike from a “standard” model as Ducati Panigale V4/S/R 2019/2021 to an exotic model with a crazy look and aesthetics.
These winglets are fully made in pre preg carbon fiber and follow autoclave working process at 90° e 6 BARS of pressure to guarantee the maximum resistance to airflow and the lightest weight.
The finishing is glossy thanks to a triple anti UV painting, with carbon look in twill weave 200gr.
The base of the winglets follow the shape of all the fairings, including OEM Ducati fairings.
The set is made up by:
- x2 upper winglets
- x2 lower winglets
- x2 reinforcements / templates for lower winglets
The internal reinforcements work also as template for the lower winglets. The reinforcements are necessary to make the structure of the side panels suitable to the high aerodinamica load the winglets generate.
The installation of the internal reinforcements / templates have to be done using silicone or two components glue (not supplied on the kit).
The gluing of the reinforcements / templates have to be done only after the drilling of the installation points.
