Extreme Components is proud to present the new twill carbon fiber front and rear mudguard for BMW S1000RR 2019/20.
Thanks to the gained experience with the best Teams of the World Championship (such as Estrella Galicia Monlau Competicion, Leopard Racing, Pons Racing and many more) both the parts are worked in autoclave using pre-preg carbon, in twill weave.
Both the parts are worked in autoclave at 90 degrees at 6 bar of pressure to guarantee the maximum lightness and resistance.
In the front mudguard we developed two particular wings to direct more air to the calipers and augment the cooling.
The rear mudguard has been modified and the chain guard has been removed for a racing use and a better look.
Both the mudguard are plug & play.
The finish can be glossy or matte (on request) with surcharge.
