Also in the Circuit of Mugello, for many the best circuit of the world, the Angel Nieto Team rider Andrea Migno was able to finish in the top five. Started from the 15th place Migno pushed hard form the first lap trying to recover positions and important seconds. Unfortunately, battling in traffic it was impossible to reduce the gap between himself and the first group of three riders but with a crazy last lap he managed finish 5th.
Strong race also for both the Leopard Racing Team riders Enea Bastianini and Lorenzo Dalla Porta who starting form p14 and p17 respectively, were able to get a great comeback finishing 6th and 8th. Amazing race for Manuel Pagliani, who participated to this weekend race as a WildCard with the Leopard Racing and was able to gain fourteen positions and finished 10th.
Now the Moto3 Championship standing sees Aron Canet 4th, -22 points and Andrea Migno 5th, -27 point from the leader Marco Bezzecchi.
Moto2: One-Two position for the Extreme Components riders.
The moto2 race was one of the most spectacular races of the weekend, rich of overtakes form the stat to the finish. The Redbull KTM Ajo rider Miguel Oliveira, started from p11 and was able to take the victory thanks to a perfect start and a very consistent race. In the first corner Oliveira had already recovered six positions and after an amazing battle with Baldassarri, won the race. His teammate Brad Binder, race by race, is continuing his progress finishing once again 6th, after a start from the 19th position.
Fantastic weekend also for Lorenzo Baldassarri who started from the 8th place, he fought for the whole race for the victory and finished 2nd, two tenth off the winner.
Top ten also for Andrea Locatelli who started from 17th, was protagonist of a comeback gaining eleven positions and finishing 8th. His Teammate Mattia Pasini crashed when he was first, vanishing the opportunity of a whole Extreme Components podium.
Now the Moto2 Championship standing sees Miguel Oliveira 2nd, -13 points and Lorenzo Baldassarri 3rd, - 27 points from the leader Francesco Bagnaia.
MotoGP: Bautista back to the Top 10.
Very consistent race for the Angel Nieto Team rider Alvaro Bautista who started from the 16th place and was able to improve his pace lap by lap battling in the top ten. After some attempts to pass Vinales, Bautista reduced the risks and decided to settle for a really positive 9th position with a not bad gap from the two Ducati on the top.
Unlucky race for his teammate Karel Abraham who arrived in this round with a strong flu and suffered for the whole weekend for his physical health. In the race he had a little crash in the last corner, maybe for a contact and he was forced to a early finish. The next round will be in the Catalan Circuit of Barcelona the 19th June.
