New rearsets for Yamaha R6 2006-2022 which are part of new line of components completely produced in our factory using the best technologies and raw material currently available on the market. They are the result of the “Know How” that we use from many years for the realization of racing parts for the best Teams of the World Championship (such as Estrella Galicia Monlau Competicion, Leopard Racing, Pons Racing and many more) and that we finally use on all the parts for street and racing motorbikes.
Thanks to the use of premium aluminium alloy and centesimal accuracy processes, the new rearsets are lighter (from 8% to 10% depending of the model) then our previous one, but maintaining the same torce resistance. The kit is made up by a monolith structure, as we done for Yamaha R1 rearsets. Breaking points are predetermined thanks to the use of a specific software.
The brake and shift levers are fully mounted on ball bearings in specific steel bushing to guarantee the best precision and long durability and now are supplied of a slide to have a micrometrical regulation of the front toe pegs and permit to the rider to find the best position on the motorbike. Both the front toe pegs (brake and shift) are now made in rubber to guarantee a better comfort and better grip as well.
The rearsets are plug and play, arranged for standard and racing shifting.
The new rearsets are produced in 3 different versions: • hard anodized in black, with aluminium heel guard • hard anodized in black, with carbon heel guard • hard anodized in silver, with carbon heel guard
