Extreme Components is pleased to present the new Epotex fairings dedicated to the Noale-based manufacturer’s sportbike, the 2025-2026 Aprilia RS 660.

Although Epotex represents our entry-level range, these fairings have always been appreciated for their excellent value for money. The use of this special material originates from the development work carried out together with Aprilia in 2015, the year in which we won the Stock1000 World Cup with Lorenzo Savadori and the legendary Aprilia RSV4 RF.

Thanks to a special epoxy resin formulated according to our specifications, we are able to obtain a particularly flexible and lightweight product despite the cold-lamination process: the complete fairing weighs just 4.50 kg, including the front wing and side wings, the latter manufactured using rapid prototyping technology.

The surface finish, as per Extreme Components tradition, is black and has been further improved compared to the past thanks to the use of new waxes and release agents employed in the mould manufacturing process. The result is a high-quality finish, despite the fairings being supplied unpainted.

The fairing consists of:
-  Front upper fairing with one-piece inner side panels
- Outer side panels (left + right)
- Front wing
- Side wings manufactured using rapid prototyping technology
- Lower fairing
- One-piece tail section with support to ensure perfect feedback from the chassis
- Dedicated mounting brackets

To complete the fairing kit, a special airbox duct is also available, which can be ordered separately (APR-RS660-03) or included in the fairing kit (APR-RS660-01). It has been developed to maximize pressure inside the airbox. Thanks to specific air-channeling profiles, the system prevents any air leakage, resulting in a significant improvement in engine performance.
For the Aprilia RS 660, we also manufacture a clear, high-protection, DOT-certified windscreen, as well as a wide range of machined-from-solid aluminium components, including three different types of rearsets, engine protectors, adjustable clip-ons for racing triple clamps, and numerous other accessories.

Technical aspects of EPOTEX Fairings / Bodyworks and Parts:
• 30% lighter than standard fiberglass fairings and parts
• Laminated with Epoxy resin (developed to our specs)
• The external side is made up by black gelcoat
• Additional unidirectional carbon reinforcements on all the mounting points for greater durability and ease installation
• The most flexible and elastic fairings available in the market of fairings not in autoclave produced
• Parts are not painted
• Not pre-drilled and not supplied of fasteners
• Mounting points are indicated on the single parts.
