New Epotex fairing set for the Yamaha R3 2019/2022.
The set is made up by: - Front upper race fairing - Race fairing side panels (Left + right) - Lower race fairing - Race rear tail - Tank side panels (Left + right) - Tank Cover
The fairing is made in Epotex with black gelcoat synthesized on our specifications. The parts are black (not painted), with a great finishing. Extremely light and flexible.
Lot of time has been spent on the rear tail. The seat is removable to offer an easy access to the rear shock also when the rear tail is installed on the bike. In addition the removable seat offer the chance to do a much easier custom seat pad.
As in almost all our last fairings sets also in this one we added the tank cover to have a perfect protection of the bike in case of crash.
The fairing set include also two little aluminium plates to install the side panels and a little aluminium bracket to correctly install the tank cover.
Technical aspects of EPOTEX Fairings / Bodyworks and Parts: • 30% lighter than standard fiberglass fairings and parts • Laminated with Epoxy resin (developed to our specs) • The external side is made up by black gelcoat • Additional unidirectional carbon reinforcements on all the mounting points for greater durability and ease installation • The most flexible and elastic fairings available in the market of fairings not in autoclave produced • Parts are not painted • Not pre-drilled and not supplied of fasteners • Mounting points are indicated on the single parts.
In addition to the fairing set we produce also: - Adjustable rearsets (standard and reverse shifting) (machined from solid) - Engine case covers in 3 pieces (machined from solid) - Adjustable handlebars - Racing windscreen DOT certified. And many other accessories such as brake and clutch lever guard, brake remote adjuster, complete clutch control with clutch lever, carbon chain guards, rear rain light.
