Extreme Components is pleased to present, drawing on the experience gained in the Moto World Championship where we develop various cooling components for specific applications, the ventilated battery cover in Twill Carbon Fiber and Black Fiber for the latest creation from Borgo Panigale: the Ducati Panigale V4/V4S 2025-2026 and Ducati Panigale V4R 2026
This cover ensures optimal battery performance under critical conditions, especially in high-temperature environments. At the same time, it channels fresh air toward the fuel tank to reduce fuel temperature on the hottest days or during racing, improving the motorcycle’s overall performance.
The cover is available in two versions: pre-impregnated Twill Carbon Fiber or Black Fiber, both with a 200 g twill weave and processed in an autoclave at 6 bar of pressure and 90°C. The carbon fiber version is available in either gloss or matte finish, while the Black Fiber version features a translucent finish (the natural color of the material).
It can be installed without any modifications on original fairings or track-use fairings for the Ducati Panigale V4/S 2025–2026 and Panigale V4R 2026.
