Extreme Components is pleased to present an accessory designed to make your 2021–2024 Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory even more exclusive and eye-catching, while also improving its cooling performance for extreme track use.

We’re talking about a one-piece, plug-and-play air duct designed to integrate seamlessly with our carbon fiber fairing, which completely seals off the stock radiator. Within the duct, we’ve also created a recess that serves as a housing for the voltage regulator, ensuring it maintains an optimal operating temperature.

As always, it is manufactured using the same raw materials and production technology we employ for our MotoGP World Championship products—specifically, through the autoclave curing of prepreg material. The product features a glossy, mold-finished surface with a flawless finish.

Technical aspects of Black Fiber Fairings / Bodyworks and Parts:
• 50% lighter than standard fiberglass fairings and parts
• 15% lighter than aviofiber fairings and parts and than our Epotex fairings and parts
• Autoclaved produced, at 90° and 5 bars of pressure with vacuum technology
• Laminated with twill pre-preg tissue, woven to our specs
• Additional unidirectional carbon reinforcements on all the mounting points for greater durability and ease installation
• The most flexible and elastic fairings available on the market of products in autoclave made
• Thanks to the use of high temperature and vacuum technology the fairings are extremely stronger, smooth and shiny finish
• Pre-drilled and not supplied of fasteners
• Ready to be mounted on the motorcycle, no modifications needed
