New SBK tank cover for the top of range bike of Borgo Panigale: Ducati V4/S/R/ 2022/2023.

This model realized in Black Fiber has many similitudes with the Twill Carbon version. The only differences are the weight (due to the type of the material used) and the price.

Parts produced in Black Fiber follow autoclave production process as our Twill Carbon Fiber parts and are suggested to all the riders that are looking for a really high level product but for choice or for the rules of the championship where they are running, can’t use carbon fiber parts.

Thanks to our gained experience in the World Championship we decided to realize this particular shape and ergonomics that improve the aerodynamic and help the rider on using the legs on the curves and hard braking.
This tank cover extend the range of products already presents such as frame and swingarm protectors, front and rear fenders, fairings and much more.

Technical aspects of Black Fiber Fairings / Bodyworks and Parts:
• 50% lighter than standard fiberglass fairings and parts
• 15% lighter than aviofiber fairings and parts and than our Epotex fairings and parts
• Autoclaved produced, at 90° and 5 bars of pressure with vacuum technology
• Laminated with twill pre-preg tissue, woven to our specs
• Additional unidirectional carbon reinforcements on all the mounting points for greater durability and ease installation
• The most flexible and elastic fairings available on the market of products in autoclave made
• Thanks to the use of high temperature and vacuum technology the fairings are extremely stronger, smooth and shiny finish
• Pre-drilled and not supplied of fasteners
• Ready to be mounted on the motorcycle, no modifications needed
