Extreme Components is pleased to introduce the new Black Fiber Fairing Kit for the Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory (2021–2024), manufactured using pre-preg twill weave fabrics laminated in an autoclave at 5 BAR pressure and 90°C, ensuring the perfect combination of maximum lightness and outstanding strength.
The fairing features a high-gloss mould finish, with a surface quality so flawless that it is ready for decals without requiring any additional finishing.

Thanks to the integration of precision-calibrated inserts directly into the moulds, all fairing components are supplied pre-drilled, eliminating any risk of drilling errors during installation and ensuring perfect alignment and fit between all sections.

The fairing kit includes:
• Front fairing; 
• Left and right side fairings; 
• Left and right winglets; 
• Lower fairing; 
• Tail section
• Airbox inlet tube;
• Pair of fuel tank side panels. 

Important: This fairing kit must be used in combination with our Carbon Twill or Black Fiber Airbox Tubes, available separately or included in kit BFRSV42.

This version is particularly suitable for racing championships and classes where the use of carbon fiber is prohibited.

Offering significantly higher performance than traditional fiberglass (which is manufactured using a cold-lamination process rather than autoclave technology), our Black Fiber is positioned, in terms of both quality and price, between our Epotex composite (similar to, yet superior to, conventional fiberglass) and our Carbon Twill range.
