After many requests Extreme Components in proud to present the new Carbon Fiber bodywork / fairings for BMW M1000RR 2020/2022, realized through lamination of pre-preg tissues (twill weave), in autoclave at 5 BAR of pressure and 90° to guarantee the best resistance and lightness at the same time.

Thanks to the use of high temperature and vacuum technology the parts are shiny finished, ready to be wrapped or decorated with stickers.

After two years of developments on many special parts for BMW S1000RR, now is the turn of the top of the race bodywork, produced with the same technologies that we use for the production of parts for some racing teams of the World Championship.

Thanks to the presence of calibrated bushings on the molds, all the parts are pre-drilled avoiding any possible chance of error on the mounting and permitting a perfect fit between all the parts.

The fairings / bodywork is made up by:
- Front upper race fairing
- Racing side panels (left + right)
- Lower racing fairing
- Seat unit (in a unique piece)
- Tank cover with integrated seat space that guarantee a better position when breaking and limit the load transfer to the front.

Another important factor is the work that we made in the front upper fairing. We made a particular shape that associated to the specific DOT certified racing windscreen that we made, improve the aerodynamic performance of the bodywork.
We made a specific separation between the side panels and the front upper fairing to permit the installation of the winglets of the M1000RR directly on the side panels and not like in all the other bodyworks in which the upper part of the winglets is installed on front upper fairings and the lower part in the side panels that limit an easy and fast disassembly.

Side panels are supplied pre-drilled for the installation of OEM M1000RR winglets.

Technical aspects of CARBON Fairings / Bodyworks and Parts:
• The lightest and the strongest available on the market, thanks to our gained experience on World Championships such as Moto3, Moto2 and MotoGP
• Laminated with twill carbon pre-preg 200gr.
• Autoclaved produced, at 90° and 5 bar of pressure with vacuum technology
• Additional reinforcements on all fairings and parts mounting points for greater durability and ease installation
• Thanks to the use of high temperature and vacuum technology the fairings are extremely stronger, smooth and shiny finish
• Pre-drilled and not supplied of fasteners
• Ready to be mounted on the motorcycle, no modifications needed

Since our start in 2007 we always been really focused is advanced technology materials and for this reason this new bodywork is available also in Black Fiber that is a special pre-preg tissue that follow the same production process of the carbon fiber (autoclave) and has also very similar characteristics but with a lower price.
The use of this version is suggested in all the championships and categories where the use of carbon fiber is not allowed.

Much better in term of weight and flexibility than aviofiber (that is a material not in autoclave produced) our Black Fiber is located between Epotex (similar to aviofiber) and our Twill weave Carbon Fiber.

From now available, made on order.
Only racing use.
