Extreme Components continues to develop special parts for the latest flagship from Borgo Panigale: the Ducati Panigale V4 / V4S 2025/2026. This time, we are proud to introduce the first-ever fairing-stay with integrated airbox tube and dashboard protection; a unique, single-piece component born from the experience gained in MotoGP and Moto2, thanks to collaborations with top teams such as Red Bull KTM Ajo, MSI Racing Team, LevelUP MTA, and many others.
For the first time, we have combined three separate elements (fairing stay, airbox inlet tube, and dashboard protector) into a single product, just like the assemblies used on MotoGP and Moto2 bikes. The goal is to make your motorcycles even more high-performing by improving airflow to the airbox, eliminating unnecessary weight, and at the same time protecting the dashboard, the key interface where you gather all information from your bike.
This special component is available in both Twill Carbon Fiber and Black Fiber (the latter suitable for categories where the use of carbon fiber is restricted for specific components, such as the new Production Bike class). Both materials are pre-preg, cured in an autoclave at 6 BAR and 90°C, to create the lightest and most durable monolithic structure possible.
Another distinctive feature is the use of a special ultra-clear polycarbonate front shield that protects the original dashboard display from stone chips, scratches, and impacts. All other sides are enclosed in a high-strength Twill Carbon Fiber or Black Fiber structure to ensure total protection. The complete assembly weighs just 650 g (+/- 5%) in the Twill Carbon version.
Installation is plug & play, requiring no modifications when used with our own Carbon or Black Fiber fairings. For fairings from other manufacturers, depending on the brand, a slight trimming of the area between fairing and inlet tube may be required (this operation should be carried out by qualified technicians.
